1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the o1111 platform and all of its services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read these Terms in full and agreed to comply with them.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the o1111 platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Opening & Management

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide genuine and accurate personal information.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.
• o1111 may request identity verification documents at any time.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the o1111 support team immediately. o1111 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from misuse of your account.

2.3 Account Closure

o1111 may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons: breach of Terms, suspicion of fraud, operating multiple accounts, or detection of harmful betting patterns.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit funds into o1111: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• The information provided at the time of deposit must match the details registered on your account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a withdrawal request is successfully submitted, it is generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Completed identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• o1111 reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. The calculation applies to the bonus only, not to the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward bonus wagering calculations.
• Each bonus has a limited validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may only be used once per account.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is a breach of these Terms.
• o1111 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

5. VIP Program

o1111's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members advance to higher tiers based on regular and active play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

The benefits and cashback applicability of each VIP tier are subject to change at o1111's sole discretion. Cashback is generally credited at a set time each week.

6. Gaming Rules & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Permitted Use

All gaming services on o1111 are for personal entertainment purposes only. Attempting to exploit any vulnerability in the platform's systems or games is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating an account using fraudulent information.
• Using bots, automated software, or any form of cheating tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion with other users.
• Attempting to carry out cyberattacks or hacking against the platform's infrastructure.

6.3 Consequences

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in the immediate closure of the account, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action being taken if necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

The logo, brand name, design, software, game content, and all other elements of the o1111 platform are either exclusively owned by o1111 or are the property of the relevant licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these elements for any commercial purpose.

Game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and other suppliers retain ownership of their own intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability
